Femena speaks with Asmaa Dabees, an Egyptian WHRD, about the importance of self-care for WHRDs on the personal/organizational/feminist movement level in Egypt. She explains that self-care practices have been helping WHRDs and their organization to continue activism. Asmaa discusses how to promote the culture of personal and collective care by allocating funds to feminist activists and feminist organizations and carefully considering our emotions and mental and physical needs.
