Lucy Talgieh, is a Palestinian woman human rights defender and peace activist. She is also a council member for the City of Bethlehem, where she lives and works. FEMENA’s Director, Sussan Tahmasebi, talked with Lucy about the situation in Palestine, following the deadly violence that erupted after Israeli settlers attempted to forcibly remove Palestinian residents of Sheikh Jarrah from their homes.
