Part 2 of the Afghan series in collaboration with the Asfari Institute for Civil society and citizenship at the American University of Beirut. In the second webinar of the series “My Voice to My Home”, the Asfari Institute for Civil society and citizenship at the American University of Beirut and FEMENA, will be tackling the life and work of an Afghan women’s rights activist: Adela Mohseni. Adela has worked on different areas regarding the prevention of child marriage, the passage of CEDAW, the passage of laws to protect women from violence, women’s political participation in addition to her extensive work with women in the provinces. This webinar brings a judicial and political insight to the case of women of Afghanistan.
